I am having a great week! Not only did I have an great class on Tuesday, but yesterday afternoon a customer called and she and her cousin wanted to come over and “get some new makeup” for a cruise they are leaving for on Sunday. So, the kids and I quickly tidied up- LOL- and I set out my display for color appointments. It was great. The cousin became a new customer and she bought the Miracle set, MDB and the custom compact along with some lip glosses, eye primer and liners. My customer bought the custom compact, the highlighting pen and the brush set. It was $401 sale!! I didn’t even start the day with a booking on my schedule. So, now with that class and a $72 reorder I got too, my sales since Tuesday are $1158. Yippee!! I haven’t had over $1000 week since before Thanksgiving so I was due! PTL

Oh!And I have a facial scheduled for tommorow and a class on Sunday afternoon. I don’t normally work on Sunday’s but it’s this girl’s only day off so I made an exception for her because she is a good customer and has had several classes for me before- all over $300 so it is worth it for me to work a few hours.

P&P, way to go! I heard somewhere that no one wants to buy Mary Kay…I guess that was a lie!
Kailah, I am looking forward to hearing of your progress–keep us posted, okay?
I had four BIG reorders come in last night as I was working on something else. Just “fell in my lap” you might say–total sales just from those: $398.

Way to go Me!!! I love, love, love reorders!
You know, I heard somewhere that no one wants to buy this “drek” either. Hmmmmm, guess they were full of “drek.” LOL What they don’t get, is that whatever you focus on is WHAT YOU GET. So, if you believe the product is bad then #1 you have no business trying to sell it and #2 Your attitude and lack of confidence comes through so of course the only sales you will get are pity sales! People don’t want to buy from women that have no confidence or KNOWLEDGE about what they are selling. People also want customer service. I just picked up a new customer last week who said she wanted to be a regular customer because the MK girl she was getting product from before made her wait 2 to 3 weeks before getting her order AND she said it always took the girl forever to return phone calls. I told her I would mail her order the next day and she said, “Oh! You have it in stock?” Yes ma’am I do!! Funny how that works.

I believe their belief that the product is bad is “drek”. That is just their excuse for not doing well.
I know it has been said before, but your point above about having inventory bears repeating. I cannot tell you how many customers I have KEPT because I have product on my shelves. I get many of the same responses you note above when I say I can deliver or ship immediately.

Got another new customer today. When it rains it pours I tell you! One of the park mom’s practically begged me to service her. She said her consultant “never has” what she wants. Oooops, there’s that darn frontloading evidence again! What’s that I hear about saturation? Huh? Nobody wants to buy this stuff? Anyway, she gave me a $60 order. My week is stacking up girls! I think I deserve a new outfit complete with shoes. Hmmm, I think I’ll pay cash. LOL

Maybe it’s my area, but at the party last night, no one had a consultant, except one gal that is a client of the consultant already, and there were 8 guests! I’ve run across a few this week who have never tried Mary Kay!!! We sold 4 sets of basics TW skin care and two more cleansers. People want this product, and still enjoy home parties/get togethers.

Well, I did my class this afternoon. 3 ladies, $239 in sales and 1 booking. So, I am just shy of a $1500 week! Not bad! I gave the Hostess today $23 in Hostess Credit. My week is done and a new week starts tommorow! I have 2 facials booked for this week and I have a slew of reorder calls to make. Will be fun to see what else I can come up with by next Sunday evening.

Congrats P&P, when you and others like you keep selling that product week after week you keep Mary Kay’s dream alive. We PROVE that this opportunity works. When you do that, what needs to be said?

I am SO PROUD of you ladies!!!!!!!!!!!! I have an idea for the negative website owner. What if she invests in new inventory for me? Between $1000 and $1800…Now, if I don’t make a success of the investment, I would owe her double. But, if/when I do, I would owe her the initial investment AND she would agree to take down the website with its many biased, clouded tales. Think she’ll take me up on it? After all, she and her cohorts say it’s impossible to make money in MK; wouldn’t they want the chance to prove it?

Pink and Proud, I know what you’re saying, but I am still tempted to contact her. She stands to lose no money. She could double her money if I were to fail or just not make the effort. Financially, it’s a safe bet for her and her alone. If she’s right about the MK opportunity, then she should want a blow-by-blow case study. And if she doesn’t take the challenge…then obviously her whole thesis is flawed. I am going to sleep on this one, but I haven’t discarded the idea. Not at all…
In fact, why don’t some of you help create some of the parameters for the challenge? How quickly should I flip the investment? I would have to post my sales on line and provide physical proof. Everything would be out in the open - win, lose, or draw. How many recruits in how many months?
January 29, 2007 at 10:34 pm

Oh, I SO need to go to bed, but I had to respond to this one.
If you are serious, figure out what your per-face average is. You said you had not been active for a while, so you may not know. But what you need to figure out is how many classes would you need to hold to turn the $1800? How long would it take you to hold them if you were actively working your business? I don’t know if you have another job or other time constraints, so this is something only you can answer.
I believe in the marketing plan. If you hold the parties and work full circle, you will book, sell and recruit. Consistency is the key. Look at your schedule and how you would fit parties in, and figure a time line to work with. We will all (sorry–I’m speaking for everybody, but I feel confident they will) contribute to what the parameters should be.

I just had the lovliest time with some neighbors. One is new and I had stopped by a few days ago to welcome her to the neighborhood and left a basket of muffins. She returned the basket tonight and was with another neighbor who is my friend and a customer. We had a great visit and they bought product. Life doesn’t get any better than combining friendships with your business, does it?
In the past two days, I have had seven internet orders, totalling $322. Tonight’s sales were $87.50. Not bad for basically zero work.
I will try not to make a typo when I tell you that I am now making my deposit for the bank tomorrow. There are a few people out there who will know what I am talking about.
Although they would never admit it.

I had the neatest thing happen to me last night. I was sitting here feeling sorry for myself because of my cold (I’m sorry I keep going on and on about it, but I just never get sick!) and the phone rang. It was a lady that I had met last summer who told me she loved Mary Kay and wanted to be on my mailing list. I put her on PCP and had never heard from her.
She is a nurse. She told me that she had been in a doctor’s office yesterday (she works in a medical office building attached to a large hospital) and all of the ladies there were lamenting the fact that their Mary Kay consultant seemed to have disappeared. They asked my friend if she knew of anyone, and she said yes she did. They begged her to contact me to service them.
“I want to have a party” she said. “Okay,” I said. She said it would be a book party and she would need at least 12 books to spread around the medical offices, including the one mentioned above, because at least that many had employees that had told her they needed a consultant. (I wonder if this same one that disappeared had serviced all of them?)
Guess what is in the mail today? Yep, 12 books, sales tickets, and a thank you note.

Me, that’s going to be one great silent party. I think it is time for me to find some silent hostesses. That is one thing I did to generate more sales and leads last time I was a consultant. Why do we stop doing things that work? LOL I would try to find 3-5 silent hostesses at a time so that someone was always taking orders for me. Sometimes it was one eyeshadow order and other times people collected well over $500 in orders. Gotta love that! Thanks for the great reminder.

Me….yes good selling week and what do you think about selling in hospitals? I know some people think that MK women prey on nurses they need to be pampered more than anyone…they really need the time.
February 6, 2007 at 12:05 pm
foreverpink
Speaking of nurses.. when I was 7 months pregnant, the doctor took me off my feet due to my blood pressure getting too high. While I was in the hospital I recognized one of my customers who was a nurse there, she took care of me but also reminded me that she needed some product! I sent my husband and my sister in law (who was a consultant under me) to the house to get the product for the nurse and also some more beauty books. That same nurse acted as a silent hostess for me while I was laying there in the hospital! She would bring me the orders and I would send my sister in law to my house to get the product or samples that they needed. She even helped collect the money for me too. True Story! So dont tell me you cant sell this stuff!
February 6, 2007 at 12:43 pm
PinkandProud
Oh FP, don’t you know what “they” say about people like you? That it is so pathetic that you would get orders while you were in the hospital. I think it just proves what MK says, what you think about you bring about!! If you think the product is “drek” and you tell yourself no one wants to buy it then you have no one to blame but yourself when that is exactly what happens!! I honestly don’t remember the last time I had a zero week. I sell product consistently week after week to be a STAR off my actual sales and after profit. I must just be the exception.
February 6, 2007 at 1:45 pm
thefuchsiablog
HA! PinkandProud, naw - I really think we (those of us who order based on our actual sales) are the majority, not the exception.
BTW, July through December 2006, I sold 93% of all that I ordered.
February 6, 2007 at 2:35 pm
foreverpink
Yea I know..but the thing is I didnt ask her for an order, she asked me! And then she put the word out that I was there, and then everything just kind of happened. Now of course I did not go to the hospital planning on selling mary kay or having a skin care class or anything crazy like that, but I can imagine that the naysayers will paint it that way. But so what, thats their way. I am sure that those that are against Mary Kay can look at this situation and think that I was under so much pressure from my director that I had to sell product while laying in the hospital. But those of us who are pro mk know that its an example of how it is not hard to sell this product. And I know of other sister consultants who have had similar experiences. There have been plenty of times when Mary Kay was the last thing on my mind and people will find me and ask me to sell them this or that. It is not a struggle for me to find those who want what we have. My motto is “Somebody is gonna buy something..” So I am just like you in that I cant understand it when people say they cant move this product. I mean I was laying in the bed, didn’t do anything except gather up a few books and samples to give to my nurse friend. And i really didnt even do that. My husband and sister in law did all the work, that is if you call going to my house and getting stuff for me “work”, that didn’t take that much effort either. I think that this is truely a case of “product selling itself”, because I couldn’t do a thing. My child is a true Mary Kay kid.
February 6, 2007 at 7:42 pm
Me
Colleen, I don’t see anything wrong with selling in hospitals as long as you are not interfering with their work. I’m not sure what you meant exactly–are you speaking of having a party with a group of nurses? Do you have a contact in a hospital?
Like you, I believe nurses deserve all the special treatment they can get. They certainly give it to others!

I once had a customer from out of town wake me up on a Saturday morning to buy two products totaling over $60. She was eating at a local restaurant. I live in a very small town, and one of my customers referred her to me and even gave my directions. I wrote up her ticket, bagged her order, and gave her some samples while still in my bathrobe with no makeup on at all. Of course, my skin looked good because I never missed a day with Mary Kay. The business is out there and usually not far away. Customer service is so iffy in retail sales that most people respond to good customer service, and they go crazy over GREAT customer service.

In addition, I finished a big project at my day job and spent time with my family.
Classes. Customer service. Follow up. On the go appointments. Working the marketing plan AS IT WAS DESIGNED.

I agree colleen. You may be better off without her on the team. If she will do that to a client in another setting, what will she do to a customer or prospective recuit of her own in the mk setting? It is a fair question to ask. No one is perfect for sure, but we have the choice of picking who we want on our teams. This also proves that not all of us are out to just recruit any and everybody no matter who they are or what kind of person they are, just to make it or beat a deadline. Be patient and I believe the opportunity will come to recruit just the right folks.

I just recently added a new team member, and SHE decided to start with inventory, at least a qualifying order, based on money and orders she has been collecting since signing up, which was not quite 2 weeks ago. She plans on ordering more after her weekend skin care classes she has scheduled. No one told her she HAD to do this, and no one even suggested to her how much she should start with. We talked about the range of inventory options and left it at that. This girl, came out of the gate selling, even before she got her showcase! I am so proud of her and I made sure that I let her know that. I am writing this to let others know that not everyone is “forced” or “tricked” or whatever other terms PT followers call it, into purchasing inventory. She read ALL the company literature, made her sales and based her inventory decision on her activity so far. I am so glad I have her on my team!

Good Afternoon!
Hey, Me, I just wanted to say “cheers” to another smoke-free day!!
And foreverpink, I know you will reach your birthday goal!!!
Also, I was checking out the new MK Intouch this afternoon and I wanted to point out that at the Pearl Star Sales Director Level, (which would be 25 Consultant Stars per quarter, right?), they can get a year-end prize of a $2,500 American Express Gift Check, which is spendable pretty much everywhere (even at supermarkets and drugstores).
Not only that, but I broke down the Star Consultant brochure and found that it would be totally “do-able” to reach the 9600 level even working part time and that is a quarterly prize of a $350 American Express Gift Card. Now, that excited me, because I’m already on target, just with my Summer Peach Smoothie Party sales!

question in response to colleen… i agree that i want to build my team with honest people…if you are aware that someone is dishonest, negative or just plain nasty- mouth…how do you politely tell them that you dont want them to work with you…i am a new consultant and have heard bunch of bad about mk…but i have been inspired by all of you here and am serious about working my business…i just want to work smart…not waste time with negative people

August 3, 2007 at 7:54 am

we can pick who we want to be on our team. I have encounterd women like that. And if I KNOW that they have been dishonest in other dealings, I will not offer them the opportunity. Because in my opinion, that is the sort of women who will be unethical with customers and ultimately with other recurits and make you and the MK opportunity look bad.
August 3, 2007 at 10:49 am

no, i don’t have a situation yet…but they say start with family and friends…i have some family that may be negative about this, as they are negative anyways…and i dont have many friends since i work with elderly people in their homes on a part time basis…and i dont want to “warm chatter” strangers and seem pushy. so…foreverpink…if they say they are interested in doing what you do…what would you tell her? That you dont need any partners at this time? and you think she will go look for someone else?

Forget family and friends!!! Start off by showing some samples and the product to strangers or some people you know like 2 people and go that route. Do free facials for the people in the nursing home as a courtesy and give them a sample and I guarantee ONE of them will tell someone about you.

thx 2 u all. i am excited about having my own business, and i know i can make it work as long as i am willing to work!!!
August 5, 2007 at 11:06 am
foreverpink
lil_twiglet, I guess if they have not actually said anything about being in the business with you then you dont have to bring it up and no harm done. If they do happen to inquire about being a consultant, then just treat like anyone else and give them the info they need and let them make up their mind. They may weed themselves out on the front end when they realize that it takes real work.
I once encountered a woman at a skin care class that I gave the career info to. I later found out that she was the type of person that “lies when the truth sounds better” and has what we call a “trying to get something for nothing” mentality. In other words she was always trying to beat the system and when talking with her you never knew if she was telling the truth or not. I stopped trying to follow up with her about the tape I had given her after that because I realized that I did not need her on my team anyway. She never got back with me either, which was just as well.
Sometimes you dont know what a person is really like until later. But if I find out on the front end that a person may have trouble following the golden rule: Do unto others.., then I just wont approach that person for my team.

Great job, Me! BTW - How far along are you on the giving up smoking thing? (I’ve been meaning to ask, but have been super busy working…)

Today makes 45 days quit!! Thanks for asking!!

Me - I never realized you smoked. What method are you using? In November, it will be 10 years since I quit. Best thing I ever did for myself - and my family.

Yes, FF, I smoked 42 years. Started when I was 12, but didn’t smoke daily until I was probably 14. I’m using Chantix. It’s a miracle drug, seriously. Pfizer should put me on their payroll, I have been singing its praises so loudly!

Fighting Fatigue
I started smoking when I was 12 also - wow - how young we were to start smoking. I smoked for 16 years. That is great that you have been able to quit after smoking for so many years. I tried to quit a couple of times cold turkey but that was too miserable. I felt horrible. After my husband had his open heart surgery, and I saw him on the table hooked up to all of those machines and stuff, I vowed then I was going to quit. I promised him that I would not smoke around him after that and I didn’t. About 3 months after his surgery, I quit. I used Zyban and it worked wonders! I haven’t touched one since! Good luck to you. I’m sure you are already noticing a big difference in how you feel.

Double congrats to you guys who have quit cigs!! From what I know about it, it can be harder to quit than any other street drug out there. You guys are inspirations to others to let them know that it can be done. Great Job!!!

Thanks foreverpink. It IS very difficult to quit but for me personally, watching what I eat has been harder than quitting smoking. You don’t need to smoke to live but you do need to eat to live.

I quit my 35 year habit 11/21/06. Almost 9 months now. Did it cold turkey, have never looked back. Cravings were minimal because I had made up my mind. When I laid them down, that was it for me, I will NEVER go back. I always move forward when I’ve made a major decision. I also partnered with the Lord God in so doing. I love that I can taste food and smell clean everything. A major thing that helped was my husband nor I ever smoked in our home, always outside. Did it for our children’s health. DH has attempted short to quit, but continues his habit. That remains his choice, but he has to brush his teeth and gargle when he enters the house. Funny, I walk past a pack of cigarettes and they are foreign to me now. The smell is not.
The best thing resource that helped when I quit was a FREE book from the American Cancer Society called “You are not alone”. Call 1-800-QUIT NOW to receive a copy if you’re thinking about quitting or need additional support. About cravings, the book suggests to tell yourself you have to wait 10 minutes before you go have one if you must. When that time has passed, so has the craving. It really works! OH, and the ACSociety follows up with you every three months to see how you’re doing. I love that! Lastly, I agree with Fighting Fatigue on needing to eat to live, but not needing smoke. I may still encounter a future health problem, but I will be able to BREATHE!

Pink Biz, that’s great! I can’t wait till I have had a long term quit going!
The Chantix really is just incredible. They are even saying it will help alcoholics too. I had to tweak the dosage some because of side effects (sleep problems, and headache) but it’s hard to tell what are side effects from the Chantix and what is from nicotine withdrawal.
A great site for helping to quit are http://www.quitsmokingonline.com. There are some blogs devoted to Chantix usage too.

Hi All, did my first Holiday open house this weekend. Just love this business, total for the two days was over $1600 but that isn’t what I want to tell everyone, we were able to order the new products so I had the new mineral foundations, I didn’t get all excited about the the mineral foundations (thought it was more hype) so let me tell you, was I shocked at how much I LOVE them. And contrary to my thinking the coverage is awesome. I love them so much that I accidentally left mine at the open house and the next morning when I was getting ready I realized I wouldn’t be able to use it, I was totally bumbed. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!! And I sold 11 of them during the open house. Ladies we have a big winner on our hands!

Way to go MK4ME, Awesome open House!
I had an order for the mineral foundation before it came in. Just by word of mouth. Too Cool!
I can see I have to practice with this ole dry skin.I need a bit of a glow.. As I told the Myst gang, Glasses, and reading instructions, plus the right shade would definitely help this ole chick! LOL!

Alright MK4Me this is great to hear because I thought the mineral foundations would not be as good as ones in the past.

i cant wait for the 10th so i can order mine. I did the preferred customer so I can order early then right? Will they have samples?
December 4, 2007 at 12:28 pm
shadesofpink
I’m ordering mine on the 10th–yes, foreverpink, PCPers can order them on the 10th! They don’t have samples. I had a training on them last night at meeting.
They told us the best way to demo is on the backs of hands. I tried it on the back of my hand and I want to get the full effect on my face!
Angie–just a suggestion (this is what I’m going to try because I get dry this time of year)–try using Intense Moisturizing Cream before applying the Mineral Powder. Let it fully absorb before applying the foundation (they told us let moisturizer dry–but I’m sure you know that!). The reason I suggest Intense, is because it contains mica which has a shimmer. Perhaps that will give you the glow you want.
December 4, 2007 at 1:16 pm
MK4ME
The suggest for the back of the hand is about the best we are really going to be able to come up with right now because you really do need the brush for good application.
I did demo, using a cotton ball on the back of the hand. Better than nothing but not even close to how great the product is on the face with the special brush.
Tips:
One suggestions I have…. If you are not sure which color, error towards the lighter side.
Example, one of my consultants wears Beige 300, I would have thought that Beige 1 would have been the best mineral match, - nope Ivory 2 was. Another one of my consultants uses Beige 400 and so we gave her Beige 2 and it was too dark, she is happy with the Beige 1.
I tend to be beige in the summer and ivory in the winter and I found right now the ivory 2 is working great for me.
If someone is very fair with no pink undertones in their skin, the ivory 1 makes them look yellow, but the Ivory 2 works well.
Hopefully this info will help a few, since I learned with (on the job training)
but I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!

Can’t wait to try it. Can’t wait to order it will hold off on my order til the 10th so that I can get it. Have always wanted to try mineral powder however love my MK and wouldn’t order any. I can wait 6 more days.

This sounds about right. Even when they first introduced the full and medium coverage foundations, I was supposed to be able to wear 708 or 808 according to the color chart. But they were WAY to dark. I wear 607 instead and I LOVE that color. So when I was looking at the charts for the mineral, my first thought was that I probably should go lighter than suggested just to make sure.
But I cant wait to get em so that I can try em and have all my customers try em!!

Is 607 one they are supposedly discontinuing? Did we ever get an answer on that? I’m behind in my updates…….
December 4, 2007 at 4:18 pm

Yes i think it is and I am upset about it. I ordered several more before the big send off. But i remember that Rich Bronze (oil free formula) was my favorite before 607 came along, so I will get over it and move on just like before. That is why I am anxiously awaiting this next product.

507 and 607 are being discontinued after they run out. I have one customer on 507 who is open to change. I’ve already shared the news of her shade going off line. She is looking forward to getting matched with the mineral foundation. I love her outlook!

Hey all, (ME - you know we were close) but it is official, we have finished requalifying for the Saturn!! The 14th of the month and we are done.
My unit rocks. May I add no production came from new unit members the last two months. I have a selling unit and they move this product.
Pretty nice Christmas present for me and I was out Christmas shopping, got home, bopped on the computer and went, WOW!
My Unit is awesome.

Hi Me, update please. How are you coming along with your ex-habit? I’m 14 months smoke free and loving it. Would like to check in periodically to crow please.
Root’in for the Giants today! (btw, I’m a huge Cowboy fan too).
Had a fabulous selling month in Jan. A $1,000 week and a $500 day in addition to all my other sales. I stayed away from blogging and got busy working. I created an avenue for additional revenue. Feb is currently topping $300 in sales. Almost finished tallying my month end, and loving the bank trips.

Hey, PB!! As you have probably noticed, I haven’t been blogging too much lately either. December and January were GREAT selling months for me and I have lots of other irons in the fire as well. As of January 30, I was seven months smokefree. I’m loving it too! I can’t believe I was such a slave to it for so long.

****Blushing***** thank you both!
But since the Steelers are out, my roots are in New Englad and so you know I am rooting for the Patriots!!
And big congratulations to Pink Biz and ME, for both, selling and non-smoking!! Woohoo!!
I’m selling good but I have to really start on the smoking… I smoke about a pack of ultra lights a week, but I am beginning to think I am going to have to take ME’s suggestion and try Chantix - I would have thought it would have been easier to quit being a light smoker but I guess not. You both are an inspiration for me to just do it!! - Now back to the game….

Sorry, girlfriend–I’m rooting for the Giants. Us Tennesseans have that Manning connection you know.
Chantix WORKS. If I can quit while using it, anyone can and it was almost easy. Call me about it sometime and we can talk.

Aw, MK4ME, don’t cry! You have to admit the Giants played a better game. And I missed that commercial! I’ll have to go to the myspace site and check it out. I’ve been doing laundry and all kinds of things during the game, but the last 10 minutes had me glued to my seat! Is that Eli Manning just the cutest thing! When he came out of that for-sure-sack, I knew we had the game!

MK4ME, look for the thriller lizards under the title Sobe (Life Water), under Quarter 2 using this link, http://www.myspace.com/superbowlads
I felt some labored breathing the last 4 minutes there!! Heck, the last 29 seconds was a thrill ride, because the Patriots made every effort to get the ball down field for the winning come back score! What an awesome win for the Giants though. Sorry the Patriots came up short. Although I’m really pleased for the back-to-back wins for the Manning brothers, Peyton last year and Eli this year. Very cool! I was shocked about the get-away Manning sack Me, who woulda thought? I’ve never seen the likes of that happening before.
Big, big, big, HUGE congrats Me on your continued smoking cessation!!! Slave no more! Great job! You can do this too MK4ME, have faith and claim authority over it. Excellent crows ladies on your retail sales. Gosh golly, we do in fact SELL this product!!

Since we’re on the topic of SALES I sold over $1400 in 2007–that is working part-time and only when I had time. 2007 was a really bad year — I had planned to go full force and go for director, but LIFE HAPPENED and rather than put my business away like I had done in the past, I still worked it. I knew I would not be able to work it to the caliber required to hit car or DIQ, however, I stepped it up when we needed more money and I was amazed at how I was able to pull it off and control my earnings when it was really important!
I haven’t finished all my figuring for taxes yet, but I expect to have turned a small profit in 2007. This is HUGE! It will be the first time I show a profit–no matter how small–it is the turning point in my business. I’ve reached profit level and now I just have to do the work and hit the numbers!
Congrats, ME, on being smoke-free! That is wonderful. All you ladies (and gentleman) are awesome!
YEA GIANTS!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone. I just signed on as a consultant last night. I did alot of looking around before I agreed to signed and read all the bad opinions of MK and all the good ones. I love this site because everyone on is willing to help everyone else. I love the positive attitudes. My goals are simple and small right now: $300 profit a month, enough to cover my car payment. I already have parties and customers lined up, I wanted to first make sure I had support. My recruiter was nice enough to GIVE me a few of her look books so that I don’t have to wait to get my starter kit to take orders. I read on a complaint site that it is awful that recruiters are making money and prizes off their team. Well I was my recruiter third team member and I was very excited to get her that red jacket and help her get on target for her first car. She worked hard to help me start and has earned any prizes and commission she gets from having myself and her other two ladies on her team. I am excited for this chance.
